Every performer has something stunning to offer.
My coaching is based on the idea that the combination of great technique and confidence in your uniqueness makes the best performers. The best part? Technique and confidence can be taught! You bring what can't be taught (your rare and one-of-a-kind talent), and I bring the tools to help you LEVEL UP.
No matter if you're brand new to acting and singing or a seasoned stage performer, I meet you where you're at and help you take the next step.
Learning is always a continuous journey! There is no perfect, so my goal is to work with you on enjoying the process and being open to finding exciting possibilities in your work.
The main difference between pros and hobbyists? Dedication to technique. I'll give you the tools to consistently build your skillset and become masterful at what you do.
In our lessons, 'mistakes' are encouraged and celebrated. Through child-like exploration the most captivating choices can be found. We'll drop the judgement and play a little. Acting is fun, after all!
She helps you find clues in the text to deepen your interpretation. I felt so safe and free to play working with her!
When I was auditioning for graduate programs, she was able to give me feedback and direct me in a way that made me really understand what graduate programs possibly look for in a candidate. She really has a command of Shakespearean text, and helped me put more life under my text while keeping the integrity of the work intact. While I was auditioning for New York and regional theatres, she helped me perfect my audition material by meticulously looking over my character choices. She has such a creative way of looking at material that she helped me discover bolder and more unique choices than I could have crafted on my own. I am so grateful for all of the help Maggie was able to give me and I recommend any young actor, or even a seasoned performer, to seek her out for vocal and acting training.
IE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME AND I RECOMMEND ANY YOUNG ACTOR, OR EVEN A SEASONED PERFORMER, TO SEEK HER OUT FOR VOCAL AND ACTING TRAINING.

My creds include an MFA in Acting from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, a BA in Theatre with minors in music and dance from Baldwin Wallace University, a decade of professional musical theatre and theatre work on stages in the UK, NYC, and regional theatres, teaching a diverse range of performers at universities and professional playhouses, and working with and learning from some of the best people in the business.
More importantly, I am driven by a personal mission to champion people to find joy and fulfillment in their lives by offering tangible skills, tools, and methods so they can thrive. My absolute favorite thing I do is encourage those I work with to believe in themselves so they can bring their best work forward.
Performers at every stage need a team to cheer them on and push them. I'd love to join yours.
