I bet you don't either.
As a kid whose dad was a professional musician and mom whose career is in accounting, I've always considered myself to be a balance of analytically organized and off-the-walls artistic. My midwestern upbringing gave me my friendliness and my experience living abroad and in NYC learning from inspiring experts gave me my desire to connect to creative people of all kinds.
Now I'm using my blend of all that made me to bust down preconceived ideas of what makes an artist. Stick to one 'type' or fit a mold? No thanks. My least favorite phrase is 'that's just how it's always been'. I love working with people to shake up the norm and get open to innovative ideas.
When I'm not working with other creatives to build fully dimensional stories, I can be found listening to podcasts with marketing changemakers, drinking strong coffee or cocktails, or hyping my friends' dreams up.
Through my path to multi-faceted artistic work I've come to find that words are my 'thing'. Whether I'm writing them, singing them, or coaching how to say them, I'm a language fanatic.
If you want the words you're working on to come to life, I'm your new bff.
